Based on Runsheets, it’s ideal for completing routine jobs such as locks/ unlocks, patrols and void property inspections as well as alarm response & Keyholding services.
Back office activities are efficient with simple to create Runsheets and alarm response dispatch. Allocate scheduled or ad hoc jobs to mobile units, create callouts in real-time. Jobs can be moved between run-sheets in real time with notifications being sent to the officers’ smartphone, run-sheet progress is clearly displayed to both patrol and control room views.
Mobile officers can scan checkpoints tags, complete forms and directly submit alarm response reports with photos from an enabled smartphone and complete jobs, ensuring all the required time and job information is captured for auditing and billing purposes.
