Mobile Docs are documents that are linked to a location. They contain the instructions specific to the site, such as rules, orders, directives and processes.
When a guard goes to a new site, they call up that location on their mobile device and the appropriate documents can be viewed and acknowledged. Far more efficient than finding the paper version that is located on site somewhere.
Employees can confirm that they have read the content before being allowed to book on is achieved by uploading documents in PDF format. This will make them easy to read from the SmartTask Advanced App and this will safeguard them from being edited or downloaded. Other file formats are supported, but the user experience when viewing these documents may vary from device to device.
